Process CBT Vs. Face to face Training

In manufacturing organizations many hours are spent on face to face training. These training programs cater for the new recruit who needs induction training, the existing work force that needs competency upgrades or the experienced manager who needs new knowledge in his/her promoted designation. Many human hours are spent in planning, designing and delivering these training programs and hence naturally have huge cost implications. The Process CBT training program offers a means of creating the course material in digital format so that once created it can be used repeatedly with an occasional upgrade.

 
 
 

Content of the Program

This 5 day training program will walk you through Instructional Design Principles, principles for design and selection of media elements, editing graphics with Adobe Photoshop, Capturing and Editing Audio, Capturing and Editing Video with Matrox RTX2 and Adobe Premier and Courseware Development with ToolBook Instructor. At the end of the 5 day training programs participants will be able to output an interactive E-Learning courseware ready to be deployed on a CD or online.
