Extended Interactivity that Ports to the Web

If you are developing E-learning courseware to be deployed online, you should be aware that interactivity achieved by using Open Script does not port to the web. However don’t lose heart because this does not mean that your creativity is limited to the interactivity availed by the pre-programmed objects in the catalog. Actions Editor provides you with a simple drag and drop programming option that allows you to achieve literally any interactivity that ports to the web. As a prerequisite you should have a good mastery of ToolBook Instructor.

Content of the Program

This two day program will take you through the process of creating action sequences that prompt users for input, change an object’s properties, play media, and much more. You also will learn to create action sequences to program the behaviour of an object you add to your application. An action sequence for an object responds to a specific event. The event handled by the action sequence for the button is a button click. You also will learn how to execute repeat action by adding a loop or condition to your action sequence. You also will learn as well how to move actions up or down in the order, cut, copy or delete the action, select multiple actions at a time to delete, copy a group or move them in a group.
